What exactly each group of work includes and when the law or the distribution operator requires an inspection. We run every job from the site visit through installation to documentation.

01 Inspections

Inspections and lightning protection

Initial and periodic inspections of apartment buildings, business premises and lightning protection systems. You get an inspection report with the date of the next inspection, and we get in touch before it falls due.

02 Wiring

Wiring and distribution boards

From the wiring diagram to handover. Complete wiring in new builds, and aluminium risers and distribution boards replaced in prefab blocks. In an occupied building we work in stages, so no entrance is without power for longer than it has to be.

Alarms and cameras

Your house speaks up before you do. Jablotron alarms that report to your phone, and Hikvision cameras with recording and night vision. You watch the camera system online, in the manufacturer’s own app.

Smart home and access

Light, heating and the way in. LED lighting with motion sensors in corridors and stairwells, electric heating, video intercoms and RFID chip keys. A lost chip is blocked in the system, so the locks do not need changing.

Photovoltaics

Solar power for family houses, supplied and fitted. Panels on a roof are half an electrical installation — and the surplus heats water instead of leaving for the grid.

    Priced before we start
